After looking at the performances of each team, there is no doubt that the teams that played the best cricket were in the finals. There is also no doubt that the better team won. Pakistan showed the world that they were truly a world class cricketing nation beating both SA and Srilanka in the semi's and final's respectively. They were never the favorites. But they played like they were.
