Sutherland to hold a press conference soon about Symonds, with talk that he's been involved in another misdemeanour.

Yep - Looks like his international career is over

But, he will still make a fortune playing Hit and Giggle in India and hopefully pick up a County contract

He will still be on the world stage, just not for Australia

From what I hear. Symond's was having a drink/getting drunk one day before the start of the World T20(or Australia's match). Australian captain Ricky Ponting didn't like this and thus made him pack up his bags and go back to Australia. Personally as long as Symonds maintains proper conduct on the field and keeps hitting those sixes I really don't see any reason why what he does off the field should effect his chances of playing. If I were Ricky Ponting, I would want Symonds playing for me even if he was on a murder trial.
