Guys at this moment bangladesh team don't have a permanent coach . After the end of Hoatmor session shon wiliam is a caretaker coach . But BCB isn't satisfied with him so they are looking for a new coach....I agree with BCB . After few month Bangladesh team will go to newzealand ... So it is very urgent for Bangladesh cricket team . I think they will do better in this series if they get a coach like Hoatmor...
