Symonds out of T20
« on: June 04, 2009, 11:51:32 PM »
Symonds was sent home and will not play in T20. Will this effect Australia, however australia has many good players, symonds is in a good form this was seen in IPL2 in which symonds played in favor of Deccan Chargers. He is in a good form and if he played in T20, he would have boosted the team.

He was one of many good players we have - He wont be missed - Team harmony is more important.

BTW - who cares about this tipsy run stuff - Bring on the Ashes, where Symonds wasnt even considered

Andrew Symonds is one of the best players in Australia right now. And whether he drinks or dances when he is off the pitch does not hide the fact that he is an excellent cricketer. I think Australia are doing something very stupid by leaving him out of the Ashes squad. Sending him home for the world T20 sure reaped a fair reward. They get to spend more time preparing for the Ashes. ;)
